昨日夕からの雪で、一面銀世界となりました。3月なのに、氷点下の気温です。朝、雪の中を歩くのが大変でした。

Seoul was changed to the snow world from last night. Although it is March, the air temperature is below zero degree.?In the morning, it was very tough to go to the hospital.

さて、今日、1件腹腔鏡胃切除を執刀するチャンスが巡ってきました。ボスは、他の手術に入っており、若い先生とでした。4時間程度かかりましたが、無事終了しました。手術中は、英語と片言のハングル語で話しており、微妙な指示は難しいです。そのため、日本にいたときよりも自分で操作し、視野展開が必要な感じがします。そして、落ち着いて手術を進めることが、大切なようです。当たり前のことですが、色々勉強になりました。

Well. I had an opportunity to become an operator of laparoscopic gastrectomy. The operation was performed with younger doctors, and my boss was in another emergent operation. Though it took around 4 hours, operation was finished uneventfully. I used English or baby Korean language at the operation. It may difficult to demand the detail. So, I felt higher responsibility to operate or make nice surgical view by myself. Additionally, I should operate more calmly. These are a matter of course; however, I learned my informative things from today’s operation.
